My practice is exclusively devoted to serious personal injury and business claims resolution and litigation. I have been practicing law for 24 years and have successfully prosecuted cases and defended clients in over 50 jury trials, not to mention innumerable Judge trials, arbitrations, and mediations. I am recognized by the Bench and Bar as an experienced, capable litigator.

The Law Offices of Harold S. Bottomley III were established in 1996, and evolved from years of prior experience as a criminal prosecutor and civil litigator from 1978 through 1995. During this period I was associated with the Office of the San Diego City Attorney (Criminal Division), and thereafter with several A.V.-rated law firms in San Diego and Los Angeles specializing in trial practice, including serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance coverage claims, and business litigation. Then, in January 1996 I opened my own law offices where I continue to practice today.

My offices are located on the top floor of a historic three-story converted hotel that is within convenient walking distance (8 blocks) to the downtown Courthouse. The offices are comfortable but modest, and I pride myself over the location's lack of ostentation. In sum, this office is committed solely to providing quality legal representation efficiently and economically.
